EAVision API Integration & FAA Reporting Enhancement

What's new?

Connect your EAVision account to AcreConnect® and automatically sync your flight data and a redesigned FAA Report creation experience built with the new AcreConnect® UI component library.


Key Capabilities (EAVISION INTEGATION):

  • EAVision connection: Link your EAVision account from the Connections page. Clicking "Connect" redirects to EAVision for authentication and back to AcreConnect®.
  • Flight sync: Manually trigger a sync of your EAVision flight data with a dedicated sync button. A "last synced" timestamp shows when data was last pulled.
  • Real-time sync status: Sync progress is tracked via server-sent events so you can see when your data import completes.
  • EAVision & Exedy flights in Flight Log: Flights synced from EAVision and Exedy now appear alongside your other flights in the Flight Log.
  • Scoped to flight data: EAVision and Exedy aircraft are excluded from FAA Reports and manual Flight Uploads to avoid mixing synced data with FAA-reportable records.
  • Permission-based access: Connections are gated by feature permissions rather than account tier.
  • Robust timestamp handling: Invalid or missing sync timestamps are handled gracefully.

improvements (FAA REporting):

  •  New two-panel layout: Left panel shows company details and report configuration; right panel shows flight logs organized by aircraft in expandable accordion sections.
  • Redesigned navigation: V2 layout with sidebar navigation, integrated Intercom help, and a back link to the FAA Reports list.
  • Month & aircraft selection: Choose a reporting month from the past 12 months and filter by specific aircraft. A count badge shows how many aircraft are selected.
  • Flight selection controls: Select individual flights or bulk-select all flights for an aircraft via group checkboxes (with indeterminate state support).
  • Aircraft with no flights included: Aircraft that had no flights in the selected month are now included in the exported report, ensuring your full fleet is represented.
  • Feature-flagged rollout: The V2 report is behind a faa_reports_v2 feature flag for controlled deployment.
  • Bug fix: The AcreConnect® logo in the FAA Report page no longer navigates to a blank screen.

Bulk Log File Uploading

What's new?

AcreConnect® now supports bulk log file uploading from DJI drones.


Key Capabilities:

  • Bulk upload up to 500 log files at a time.​
  • Upload and save an entire season of log files for storage outside of DJI or XAG's system.​
  • Auto name DJI log files from DJI file names.
  • Log files include date and time of flight.​
  • Filters added to flights list when selecting to be added to flight groups.


Other improvements:

  • Fixed issue with user not displayed after joining org.
  • Fixed user unable to change tabs.
  • Fixed Profile icon disappearing.

User and Subscription Management

Flight Group Management

AcreConnect® allows you to group flights to create application maps.


Key Capabilities:

  • Combined application maps and flight logs into one section.
  • Create maps from flights on multiple days.
  • Upload flight logs directly to a flight group.


Other improvements:

  • Fixed missing chemical data on product usage report.
  • Fixed UI issues to resolve flight log deletion problem

QuickBooks® Invoicing

What's new?

AcreConnect® now supports direct integration with Intuit QuickBooks® Online, enabling streamlined financial operations for spray drone operators along with other minor improvements.


Key Capabilities:

  • Sync customer lists, products, and services from QuickBooks® Online into AcreConnect®.
  • Create and send invoices directly from AcreConnect® using synced data.
  • View and manage invoice status without switching platforms.

Other improvements:

Work Orders:

  • Added a job label to work orders for easier identification.
  • Update to list of work orders including job name and applicator badge.
  • Fixed issues with modifying existing boundaries.
  • Fixed issue with duplicating WO and modifying sites.
  • Improved chemical search.


Product Usage Report:

  • Removed required fields in Product Usage Reports.
  • Allow users to edit submitted Product Usage Reports.


Application Maps:

  • Removed popup to select Product Usage Reports when creating application maps.
  • Added Product Usage report selector to the application map creation workflow.
  • Resolved issues with intermittent error message while loading application maps.
  • Updated gallons per second to gallons per acre (gpa) in As Applied Maps.


Service Provider Map:

  • Fixed bugs on Service Provider Map.



Log File Upload:

  • Fixed file validation.

QuickBooks® Customer Management

What's new?

We've improved customer management, enhanced usability, and fixed key bugs to keep your workflow smooth and efficient.


Key CAPABILITIES:

  • Upload flight logs from manual flights and generate as flown maps to be shared with customers.
  • Sync your customer information from QuickBooks® Online directly within AcreConnect®.
  • Added a new link in the AcreConnect® menu giving you quick access to helpful resources and documentation.

Other bUG FIXES & improvements:

  • Fixed an issue where customers without an address or location were blocking workflows or not appearing in search results.
  • Resolved multiple issues with the Add Customer field.
  • Fixed the “No Thanks” button redirecting to a blank screen.
